May 13th, 2021. After the apparently endless dark period between the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, I took the chance to visit Feva in Castelfranco Veneto on a French public holiday. A starred lunch, fueled by the cautious optimism behind the winding down of the lockdown.

February 13th, 2020. Right before the world would be turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic, I was in Berlin for OffensiveCon 2020. Following the advice of a Berliner friend I was lucky enough to meet in the Bay Area, I decided to go and try Cookies Cream, a fine dining vegetarian restaurant in the Mitte district.

November 29th, 2019. In 2019, we made our goal to manage to dine at what was nominated as the 2018 World’s Best Restaurant, Osteria Francescana, by chef Massimo Bottura, in Modena, Italy. After several unsuccessful attempts, in early July, we finally managed to secure a booking for the end of November. This is the journey in what was, especially for us, the absolute crest of fine dining, worldwide.
