November 29th, 2019. In 2019, we made our goal to manage to dine at what was nominated as the 2018 World’s Best Restaurant, Osteria Francescana, by chef Massimo Bottura, in Modena, Italy. After several unsuccessful attempts, in early July, we finally managed to secure a booking for the end of November. This is the journey in what was, especially for us, the absolute crest of fine dining, worldwide.
